Responsibilities
Job Summary:
- Welcome, greet and take care company guests and visitors in the professional service
- Handle, screen and transfer incoming calls correctly and professionally
- Receive and distribute incoming mails and packages
- Maintain the meeting room reservation system
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1 year experience in receptionist or customer services.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service mind
- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 500)
