Can be responsible for administration services including facilities management, travel coordination, training coordination, events management, mail distribution, accounts / finance support, archiving, cover for reception, management of vehicle fleet, hire cars and novated leases, internal offices moves and staff relocations and other duties as require.
In This Role, The Key Responsibilities Include
Provide front of house professional reception and customer service to internal and external clients
Answer incoming voice calls and direct appropriately
Develop expert understanding and share knowledge of company preferred voice technology
Provide informative, professional and compliant (OHS) support to company visitors
Provide high level administration and office services support as required
Dependant on location, can be responsible for administration services including facilities management, meeting room bookings, travel coordination, events management, mail distribution, accounts / finance support, archiving, hire cars, catering, couriers, deliveries, security access cards, parking bays, sign in register, internal offices moves and staff relocations
Act promptly to complete all internal client requests efficiently and inform clients when unable to meet expectations and reach agreement on course of action
Collaborate effectively with counterparts in other Beca offices
Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients even when the situation becomes difficult
Experience in reception or administrative role
Professional approach, excellent communication skills

Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in accordance with local documented HSE responsibilities and
