TITLE

Receptionist

BUSINESS LINE

Integrated Facilities Management

REPORTING TO

Workplace Manager

Principal Accountabilities

  • Assist the Workplace Manager to deliver high level client services
  • Liaise with general and key administrative personnel within JP Morgan Chase Bank (JPMC).

Duties & Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Reception Functions
  • Assist to transfer internal and external calls.
  • Direct external couriers to mailrooms when approached.
  • Assist to inform client on arrival of respective guests
  • Show staff and visitors to meeting rooms on client area.
  • Assist in meeting room bookings for staff.
  • Assist walk-in.
  • Administrative Functions
  • Season parking (New application, Change of IU, Payment, Termination, GIRO submission)
  • Room booking.
  • Door access renewal.
  • Others
  • Assist Workplace Manager when required.

KEY PERFORMANCE

MEASURES

  • Manage the service delivery as per agreed SLA.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieve agreed KPI and SLA targets.
  • Compliance with JPMC/JLL standards and audit requirements.
