Principal Accountabilities
- Assist the Workplace Manager to deliver high level client services
- Liaise with general and key administrative personnel within JP Morgan Chase Bank (JPMC).
Duties & Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Reception Functions
- Assist to transfer internal and external calls.
- Direct external couriers to mailrooms when approached.
- Assist to inform client on arrival of respective guests
- Show staff and visitors to meeting rooms on client area.
- Assist in meeting room bookings for staff.
- Assist walk-in.
- Administrative Functions
- Season parking (New application, Change of IU, Payment, Termination, GIRO submission)
- Room booking.
- Door access renewal.
- Others
- Assist Workplace Manager when required.

MEASURES
- Manage the service delivery as per agreed SLA.
- Achieve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieve agreed KPI and SLA targets.
- Compliance with JPMC/JLL standards and audit requirements.
