Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • To supervise the Team for ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • To answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • To manage incoming and mail and packages.
  • To oversee the day-to-day activities of the reception area, including managing phone systems, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • To schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • To assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • To provide general information to clients and the public.
  • To book flight tickets and manage travel arrangements for internal staff.
  • To oversee and book meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use, including the setup and testing of technology and audiovisual equipment for meetings.
  • Inform housekeeping to serve beverages to visitors in the meeting rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum for few years experience and proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
