Responsibilities
- Recruit skilled sales professionals, including largescale (mass) hiring.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and tele-sales positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate closely with hiring managers.
- Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Monitor hiring progress and analyze key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.
- Experience in Mass recruiting would be advantage.
- Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook and LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Positive Attitude, Accountability and Teamwork.
