Role Overview
As a Recruiter, you'll deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador while providing exceptional talent acquisition expertise. You'll offer consultative direction and industry insights to hiring leaders while ensuring proactive communication throughout the search process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Lead detailed job scope meetings, evaluate candidate qualifications, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms
- Candidate Engagement: Connect with talent communities through various media channels, articulate compelling value propositions, and provide timely updates throughout the application process
- Assessment: Conduct phone interviews, evaluate skills assessments, and review background information to determine candidate suitability
- Offer Management: Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, negotiate with candidates, and drive for acceptance
- Service Excellence: Ensure compliance with regulations, build talent pipelines, provide accurate reporting, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, Microsoft Office suite, and ATS platforms
- Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics
