Recruiter (Mass recruitment)

Location: Mercury Tower, BTS Chidlom

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (onsite 100%)

Salary: THB 30,00050,000 / month (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Project-based contract (with possible extension)

Job Description:

Plan and execute recruitment strategies for various positions (both permanent and freelance) through online and offline channels.

Screen applications and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Arrange and conduct interviews both individual and group formats.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate databases.

Coordinate with branch managers and relevant departments to finalize hiring decisions.

Prepare and present regular recruitment progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• 12 years of direct experience in mass recruitment, especially for shop staff, service staff, sales staff, or branch roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Familiar with social media and job platforms.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to start immediately is a plus!

Contract Details

• Type: Project-based
• Compensation: no commission or allowances
• Work Arrangement: On-site during the first month; flexible arrangement may be considered afterward.
