Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and evaluation, to offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with external partners/agencies.
Drive Garena Management Trainee and other programs.
Ensure recruitment data, metrics, and reports are accurate and up to date.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
