Recruitment & Compliance Officer

Location: Chonburi

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure an excellent new hire experience
• Build relationships with universities and support campus recruitment activities
• Strengthen employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns
• Support expatriate recruitment, visa & work permit processes (IEAT)
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure HR compliance
• Lead visa and work permit processing, especially for expatriates under IEAT regulations.
• Recruitment Procedure and WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing company (Optic, medical device, semiconductor, automotive)
• Experience working with multinational/global organizations is preferred
• Good command of English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• Knowledge of visa & work permit processes, labor regulations, and ISO 9001 is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
