You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and delivering high-quality talent to meet client hiring needs. You will focus on understanding both the role requirements and the client's business context to ensure precise and impactful candidate matching.

What You Will Do

Deep-Dive Talent Mapping & Matching

• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify and engage high-caliber candidates, ensuring strong alignment with client requirements.

Business & Role Understanding

• Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, including business models, culture, and hiring needs, to ensure precise and thoughtful candidate recommendations.

Candidate Assessment & Advisory

• Evaluate candidates beyond experience—assessing motivations, potential, and long-term fit—while providing insights to support client decision-making.

Quality-Driven Delivery

• Focus on delivering well-qualified, highly relevant shortlists with speed and accuracy, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Collaborative Execution

• Partner closely with Business Development team to translate client requirements into effective search strategies and hiring outcomes.
