Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic and passionate Recruitment Consultant based in Laemchabang, Chonburi, Thailand to join our team. Job Responsibilities

Sourcing & Selection

  • Review client's manpower requisition (contractual and permanent).
  • Source for the most suitable candidates from various channels and job portals.
  • Conducts CV assessment to ensure quality candidates (job matching).
  • Contact candidates (conduct quick assessment - verifying candidate's right fit), check availability, location, salary expectation, and other relevant information for the job.
  • Prepare the Candidate's professional write-ups and propose to Client for further assessment
  • Arrange client's interview (face-to-face or by phone).
  • Negotiate and confirm job offers for every selected candidate

Sales

  • Generate leads for Business Development from candidate and contractor conversations and meetings
  • Generate and manage hotlists of candidates to be used for reverse marketing and actual vacancies
  • Set off weekly planned sales blocks (contractors and candidate) to generate job requirements and project leads/contacts

Site visits

  • Visit clients/contractors from time to time to make sure everything is going well and to generate business intelligence and business leads

Database Management

  • Publication – post all job orders on the relevant job portals
  • Build up the talent pools
  • Make sure all activities are logged immediately and that KPI expectations are met

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment field
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
  • Positive attitude and mindset with problem-solving skill
  • Native-level Thai Languageskills with good English communication are required
