Job Responsibilities
Sourcing & Selection
- Review client's manpower requisition (contractual and permanent).
- Source for the most suitable candidates from various channels and job portals.
- Conducts CV assessment to ensure quality candidates (job matching).
- Contact candidates (conduct quick assessment - verifying candidate's right fit), check availability, location, salary expectation, and other relevant information for the job.
- Prepare the Candidate's professional write-ups and propose to Client for further assessment
- Arrange client's interview (face-to-face or by phone).
- Negotiate and confirm job offers for every selected candidate
Sales
- Generate leads for Business Development from candidate and contractor conversations and meetings
- Generate and manage hotlists of candidates to be used for reverse marketing and actual vacancies
- Set off weekly planned sales blocks (contractors and candidate) to generate job requirements and project leads/contacts
Site visits
- Visit clients/contractors from time to time to make sure everything is going well and to generate business intelligence and business leads
Database Management
- Publication – post all job orders on the relevant job portals
- Build up the talent pools
- Make sure all activities are logged immediately and that KPI expectations are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment field
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Positive attitude and mindset with problem-solving skill
- Native-level Thai Languageskills with good English communication are required
