Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)

Our Executive Search team specializes in recruiting talent across the Technology, Technical, Life Sciences, Engineering and Supply Chain sectors. We are looking for passionate individuals who are interested in these industries and enjoy building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will work closely with clients and candidates to create successful long-term matches and contribute to our clients business growth and success.

What You'll Do :

We are growing our team and looking for individuals who are interested in developing a career in consulting and talent advisory.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is naturally curious, and takes the time to understand problems in depth before identifying the right solutions.

• Conduct research, reach out to, and engage both clients and candidates
• Identify and approach potential candidates in the market
• Understand candidates beyond their profiles including strengths, motivations and potential
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process end-to-end, while providing thoughtful solutions
• Gradually develop into a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For :

• 0–5 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Interest in working with people and in a business environment
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with problem-solving ability
• Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward challenges
• Self-motivated, with clear goals and a growth mindset
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, including AI tools CRM and digital platforms
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
• Interest in IT or Life Science fields is a plus
