Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the Business Services industry.
- Support the Human Resources team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates and clients.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Contribute to the creation of job postings and advertisements for open positions.
- Build professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Analyse recruitment trends to improve strategies and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance recruitment practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Consultant (Internship) should have:
