Responsibilities:
- To source, identify and assess talents in the market for suitable positions with our clients
- To engage in business development activities, understand client's talent acquisition strategies and requirements and create new source
- To provide professional career advice and solutions to both candidates and clients
- To be kept abreast of employment trends and market news
- To build, maintain and enhance relationship with both candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Degree and above in any disciplines with 1-3 years of working experiences
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels
- Strong passion in Commercial sector HR, Recruitment and Sales, target-driven with a positive attitude and is able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Thai.
