What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation and successful placements.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates across Singapore and the region.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing and managing existing client accounts.
• Recruit across exciting technology domains including AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Digital Transformation and more.
• Work on both Permanent and Contract recruitment, with the flexibility to specialise in either market or build expertise across both based on your strengths and interests.
• Provide market intelligence, salary insights and hiring advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Build your own specialist recruitment desk and establish yourself as a market expert within your chosen technology vertical.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in a 360 recruitment environment is preferred.
• Technology recruitment experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Recruiters from any specialisation are welcome—we value attitude, learning agility and commercial drive.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.
• Passion for building long-term client relationships and growing your own recruitment business.
