What we look for:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Office Admin Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Office Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and office coordination within a fast-paced working environment.
Job Description: Recruitment & Engagement Intern
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements for part-time positions across various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct phone and/or video interviews with part-time candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to organize, schedule, and facilitate both virtual and onsite interviews
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Office Administration & Engagement Support
- Co-Organize events and activities to foster employee relations, morale, and community within the facility.
- Initiate and support employee engagement activities and development programs, such as team building and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing vendors and supplier
- Maintain detailed records and administer office procedures and manage the reimbursements
- Provide administrative and HR support for office functions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Good communication skills (Thai & basic English), both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Proficient in Canva
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
