Recruitment for Billing Officer

We are looking for a Billing Officer to assist the Finance and Accounting Department in tasks related to billing processes including the preparation and issuance of invoices.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Preparing invoices in compliance with firm standards
Ensuring precise and clearly organized billing of the departments offered services
Performing the invoicing procedure and appropriately sending out invoices
Coordination and assistance with invoice review and revision by partners and senior associates
Keeping track of invoices and bill payments
Assisting the finance and accounting departments as needed

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Willingness to work extra hours as and when required
Service orientation, high accountability, and thoroughness
Ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset
Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)
Fair command of both written and spoken English
Able to begin work immediately
