We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Manager to join our East Asia team and play a key role in growing student recruitment across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

Representing INTO's portfolio of leading university partners in the UK, USA, Australia and Dubai, you will work closely with education agents and recruitment partners to increase student enrolments and expand our market presence across the region. This is a relationship-focused role that combines business development, account management and sales, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on student recruitment performance.

You will build and strengthen partnerships with education agencies, identify and develop new business opportunities, deliver training and support to partners, and implement recruitment strategies that drive sustainable growth. Using market intelligence, performance data and CRM insights, you will help shape decisions that support ambitious recruitment targets while ensuring a consistently high level of service and compliance.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be comfortable presenting to partners, delivering training sessions, analysing performance data and managing multiple priorities across diverse markets.

As part of INTO's East Asia Regional Office network, you will collaborate with colleagues across the region while taking ownership of recruitment activity within your designated markets. The role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, with opportunities to travel across the region and internationally to support recruitment events, partner engagement and business development initiatives.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working within international education, student recruitment or partner management environments, together with a strong understanding of agency networks and the international student journey. Experience studying or working abroad would be advantageous.
