Overseas Recruitment Manager (Thailand)
Job Responsibilities
- Business Implementation & Strategy Execution: Implement regional recruitment strategies based on the company's business development plans in Thailand and Southeast Asia, undertake the talent echelon construction goals from headquarters, formulate annual/quarterly recruitment plans for Thailand and drive achievement.
- Recruitment System & Compliance Management: Establish and optimize the end-to-end local recruitment process in Thailand, strictly abide by Thai labor laws, visa and employment policies, and build compliant recruitment standards and risk prevention mechanisms.
- Core Talent Acquisition & Delivery: Lead the full-cycle recruitment of directors and above executives, core technical/key business talents in Thailand, build a senior talent map for Thailand, expand precise channels such as headhunters and industry networks, and take charge of background checks, salary negotiations and offer issuance.
- Team & Channel Operation: Oversee local recruitment execution in Thailand, set recruitment performance indicators; manage localized recruitment channels, evaluate ROI, and innovate localized recruitment models such as campus recruitment, school-enterprise cooperation and community operation.
- Cross-department Collaboration & Policy Adaptation: Keep abreast of the latest Thai labor and visa policies to ensure full-process recruitment compliance; collaborate with business departments and headquarters HR to solve cross-regional recruitment coordination and talent allocation issues, supporting business landing.
Job Qualifications
- Professional Experience: More than 8 years of HR recruitment experience, over 5 years of recruitment management experience in multinational enterprises in Southeast Asia, deeply engaged in Thailand's recruitment market, familiar with Thailand's employment environment and talent characteristics; experience in recruitment across multiple Southeast Asian countries is preferred.
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related majors; candidates with overseas education background or cross-cultural management experience are preferred.
- Core Competencies: Proficient in senior talent sourcing, recruitment process optimization and data-driven analysis; strong policy sensitivity and compliance awareness; proficiency in English as a working language, proficiency in Thai is preferred.
- Professional Qualities: Strong ability to work under pressure, good industry reputation and local talent resource reserves in Thailand, able to adapt to the rapid development pace of overseas business, with excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
