Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Line Managers and HRBPs to understand position requirements and maintain seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, phone interviews, shortlisting, document collection, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Create and manage recruitment-related content on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience during the selection process.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any field with 03 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- GPA at least 2.70
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Passion for recruitment and human resources.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience and familiarity with the recruitment cycle, such as posting job advertisements through platforms, recruitment software, or cold-calling potential candidates will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to create engaging recruitment content.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
Contract & Performance Review:
Performance will be assessed periodically. Outstanding contributions may lead to an earlier transition to a permanent role, while others will be evaluated for conversion at the contract's conclusion, subject to business needs.
