Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team, specializing in 360 recruitment for the Commercial function. This role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates in mid-level to C-level positions across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  3. Identify and engage with new clients to expand the portfolio and drive business growth.
  4. Understand clients organizational needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  5. Candidate Management:
  6. Source, screen, and assess candidates for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  7. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
  9. 360 Recruitment Process:
  10. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  11. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates.
  12. Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
  13. Market Insights and Strategy:
  14. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice.
  15. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the commercial function and its market landscape.
  • Proven success in managing mid to C-level recruitment projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
