Job brief

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for planning manpower needs, executing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Plan manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Review and update job descriptions to support hiring and employee development.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction


  • Search candidates through job portals and direct approaches for qualified profiles.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels and tools to attract the best candidates.
  • Apply creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Represent Savills at Open House events, job fairs, and campus recruitment to strengthen employer branding.

Recruitment Process Management


  • Prioritize and complete hiring within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
  • Co-develop skill and knowledge assessments with department heads.
  • Check references and follow up on required documents.
  • Negotiate salary packages and benefits with successful candidates.

Analysis & Reporting


  • Analyze recruitment process performance and present dashboards for improvement.
  • Provide monthly reports on recruitment status, probation, and turnover.
  • Review salary structure and packages with the HR Manager.
  • Control hiring salary levels and recruitment-related expenses.

General HR & Administrative Duties


  • Support day-to-day recruitment routines and ad-hoc HR activities.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Manager or company.

Requirements


  • Thai Nationality Only.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Good English (spoken and written) and strong Thai communication skills.
  • 3 - 5 years of recruitment or related HR/administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to explore new sourcing methods.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Manatal or similar ATS is a plus).
