Recruitment Specialist / Senior Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist / Senior Specialist based in Rayong. The responsibilities include executing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing and identifying suitable talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, providing candidate recommendations, organizing training programs for new hires, and maintaining documentation of recruitment activities.

• Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Proficient in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in Training new hires and onboarding processes
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working within manufacturing or technology industries is a plus
