Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Recruitment Specialist to attract, source, and hire top talent across our organization.
Salary Range
- THB 28,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
Key Responsibilities
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire selection and hiring process from initial requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with departmental managers to analyze staffing needs and develop effective manpower plans.
- Sourcing & Posting: Prepare and publish engaging job advertisements across various appropriate channels, including job sites, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Management: Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate subsequent interviews and provide guidance on selection decisions.
- Talent Pipeline: Establish and maintain a robust candidate database for future recruitment needs.
- Offer Management: Coordinate the employment offer process and manage the onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Strategy & Development: Research and implement new sourcing strategies and channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Work Schedule: This position requires working six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and/or Chinese (Mandarin) communication is highly valued.
- HR Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of Human Resource Management, particularly in recruitment and selection processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and select candidates who align with specific job requirements and organizational culture.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with candidates.
- System Development: Capability to establish systems and improve workflow processes within the HR department.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve specific hiring goals and targets.
- Compliance: Basic knowledge of labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
