Job Description: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Marol, Mumbai
Experience: 2–6 years (recruitment background only)
Role Type: Full-time | Client-facing + Sourcing
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing: -
- Understand hiring requirements for BFSI roles (sales, operations, credit, risk, compliance)
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job postings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with client/hiring managers
- Follow up for offers, document collection, and joining.
Client Management:
- Take job requirements directly from clients
- Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback
- Manage offer rollouts and joining follow-ups
- Build repeat business from existing clients
