Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles within the automotive components sector.
  • Campus recruitment initiatives, including university relations and internship programs.
  • Supervise and mentor one recruitment coordinator.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and provide data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Manage all the Recruitment Agency.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive components or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven expertise in campus recruitment.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken) or Thai (both written and spoken) .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
