  • Strategic Recruitment Oversight: Plan and supervise recruitment activities within assigned areas and positions to ensure all headcount targets are achieved consistently.
  • Team Management & Support: Lead and empower the Recruitment Agent team across all sourcing channels—including Online, Offline, and On-site—ensuring all operations adhere to the company's established standards.
  • Deep-Dive Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct regular field visits to identify recruitment bottlenecks, analyze root causes of turnover, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a key liaison between Hub Managers and Operations teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process and operational alignment.
  • Data Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage Daily/Weekly reports to provide comprehensive insights into recruitment trends and key metrics, such as Show-up and Turnover rates.
  • Proactive Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Execute aggressive, omnichannel recruitment strategies across Online, Offline, and On-site platforms. Actively hunt and scout for potential candidates using creative methods to ensure a continuous and robust talent pipeline.
  • Dynamic On-site Operations: Drive on-site recruitment initiatives locally and upcountry. Act as the frontline representative to set up recruitment booths, engage with local communities, and tackle immediate on-site challenges with a hands-on approach.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Embrace high-pressure situations and operational challenges with a resilient mindset. Identify bottlenecks during field deployment and immediately implement tactical, on-the-spot solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management is preferred).
  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Team Management, specifically within the Logistics or Express industry.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve complex on-site challenges effectively.
  • Mobility & On-site Mindset: Strong commitment to field operations, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site frequently (Candidate must not be restricted to office-based work).
  • Leadership & Inspiration: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and serve as a role model for the Recruitment Agent team.
  • Proactive & Growth Mindset: Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented. Possesses a strong can-do attitude, loves challenges, and is not afraid to confront and resolve complex difficulties or rejections.
  • High Mobility & Domestic Travel: Outstanding flexibility and willingness to travel extensively for on-site operations, both within the province and upcountry on short notice.
  • Expressive & Resilient Personality: Outgoing, confident, and highly expressive with excellent interpersonal skills. Possesses a never-give-up attitude when searching for candidates under tough conditions or tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record or strong understanding of executing both digital (Online) and grass-roots (Offline/On-site) recruitment campaigns effectively.
