Position: Recruitment & Talent Analystics Officer
Working Days & Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: Sun Tower (BTS Mo Chit Station)
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable based on performance)
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB/Month

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outsourcing and recruitment agencies to support hiring needs (Temporary & Permanent roles)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing channels, cost effectiveness) to improve hiring strategy
- Monitor and track recruitment pipeline and provide insights / recommendations to hiring managers
- Utilize advanced Excel / Power BI to create dashboards and recruitment reports
- Support recruitment process improvement and automation initiatives (e.g., workflow, tracking tools)
- Conduct initial screening and assessment with understanding of job fit and business needs
- Manage offer process and onboarding coordination
- Handle recruitment administration (contracts, background checks, system entries) with accuracy
- Maintain and update vacancy, hiring, and workforce reports
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis tools)
- Experience in Power BI or data visualization tools
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making
- Familiar with recruitment system / workflow or basic automation tools is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good business sense and ability to understand organizational needs
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to HR digital transformation or recruitment system implementation is an advantage
- Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
