Job Description
Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs in the North, South, or Northeast. Reporting to the RC Operations Lead, you will spearhead end-to-end sorting operations in a high-volume, semi-automated environment. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as:
North: Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok
- Operational Leadership: Overhaul daily sorting flows and BPO performance to consistently hit throughput KPIs.
- Workflow Optimization: Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in semi-automated systems to eliminate stuck parcels.
- People & Resource Planning: Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and large-scale frontline teams to handle peak surges.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE to ensure seamless logistics transitions and a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Sorting Center, Warehouse fulfillment, or high-volume distribution hub.
- Experience with semi-automated sorting systems. Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft
- Excel/ Google Sheet.
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor regulations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
