As we continue to expand our presence in key hospitality destinations, we are seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage and grow our accounts in Bangkok.
About the Role
The Regional Account Executive (Bangkok) is responsible for managing existing HoReCa accounts and developing new business across hotels, restaurants, bars, and resorts in Bangkok.
You will act as EU Wine's primary representative in the region, building strong customer relationships, driving sustainable sales growth, and ensuring excellent execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned HoReCa accounts in Bangkok
- Develop new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, bars, and resorts
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Present and recommend wine portfolios tailored to each venue's concept and price positioning
- Conduct regular customer visits, and wine tasting events
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and post-sales support with internal teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback in the Bangkok market
- Support wine dinners, by-the-glass programs, and promotional activations
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the wine or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of the Bangkok HoReCa landscape
- Proficient in Thai and English
- Solid wine knowledge, including grape varieties, wine styles, regions, and food pairing fundamentals
- Proven ability to confidently present and recommend wines to HoReCa professionals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support HoReCa clients
- Valid driver's licence
