Location: Must be based in Thailand
Salary: Up to 97,000 THB/month

We use AI-powered screening in the early stages to review applications consistently and fairly. Both screening and interviews will be conducted in English. Our team reviews every application — AI is there to support their decisions, not replace them.

At Talkpush, we build AI-powered recruitment automation that helps large organizations hire faster and deliver a better candidate experience at scale. Our platform is used by some of the world's largest BPOs, banks, and logistics companies, across more than 30 countries. We're a remote-first company with a globally distributed team, and we're genuinely passionate about where technology meets human connection in hiring.

We already have customers in Thailand. Now we need someone on the ground who can turn that foothold into a real, defensible local position.

This isn't a standard account manager or business development role. You'll own all three dimensions of local commercial growth in one country:

• Protect and grow our existing anchor account(s) — you're the face of Talkpush in the market
• Build relationships with the top 30–40 enterprise employers in the country through account-based outreach
• Feed local market insight back to the team: case studies, messaging feedback, partner identification, and event participation

Think of this as roughly 60% commercial ownership, 25% market development, and 15% localization and GTM support.

• Manage and grow the anchor customer relationship, building strong local credibility and references for Talkpush
• Map the local enterprise recruitment market and build relationships with target accounts
• Run patient, structured outreach to named accounts — this is relationship-building, not cold calling
• Contribute to local case studies and commercial materials that make Talkpush more compelling in the market
• Participate in and help host local webinars and HR community events
• Feed market insight back to product, marketing, and commercial leadership

Someone who has built a solid commercial foundation in tech or SaaS, has real, hands-on experience managing or supporting enterprise accounts, and is now looking for a role where they can own a market end to end. Someone energized by the long game: earning trust, building relationships, and growing something meaningful over time, rather than chasing a fast pipeline.

• You're a native Thai speaker and based in Thailand
• Your commercial background is in tech, SaaS, or a sector where enterprise relationships are the norm; you have real, hands-on experience supporting or managing large accounts, and understand the patience long-cycle relationships require
• You're commercially credible with senior decision-makers and comfortable managing long-cycle relationships
• You can manage yourself and work well remotely with limited day-to-day direction
• You're curious enough to contribute beyond account management alone — you want to help shape how Talkpush shows up locally

• You have a background in HR tech, ATS, recruitment, or related SaaS
• You have existing relationships with HR or talent acquisition leaders in your market
• You have international experience — you've worked or lived outside your home country
• You have experience hosting or attending local industry events or webinars

• Own your market from day one — real ownership, not just tasks
• Work remotely from home with real flexibility and autonomy
