Job Description
As the Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising aftersales service strategies to ensure top-level service quality and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies and plans to meet business and customer objectives.
- Manage customer satisfaction programs and improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Support and enhance the technical skills of agents and distributors to improve maintenance performance.
- Analyze service performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the service team to achieve departmental KPIs and operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in after-sales operations; multi-role experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Thai & English.
- Willing and able to travel as required across the region.
