ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ticketmelon is a leading event technology platform powering festivals, concerts, conferences, fan meets, sporting events, and branded experiences across Asia. With 3.2M+ members worldwide and a growing regional footprint, we help organizers unlock smarter ticketing, cashless payments, audience insights, and marketing reach all in one platform.

As we expand across APAC, we are seeking a Regional B2B Marketing Manager to drive demand, build brand authority, and accelerate market traction across key markets including the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and new expansion regions. This role will own regional demand generation and support market expansion by building scalable lead generation engines across digital, email, paid media, content marketing, and content partnerships. The focus is on driving qualified pipeline growth and converting event organizers across key verticals such as music festivals and concerts, conferences and summits, fan meets and IP-driven experiences, sporting events, and branded or corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute regional B2B demand generation strategy across priority APAC markets (Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Australia and new markets), owning pipeline growth and lead KPIs
  • Build and scale multi-channel lead generation engines across email, ABM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), Google Ads, retargeting, and content-led inbound funnels
  • Own and grow the Event Organizer database across markets, including data enrichment, segmentation, and ongoing hygiene to enable targeted campaigns, personalization, and pipeline acceleration
  • Develop regional email marketing strategy including segmentation, nurture journeys, drip campaigns, and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalent)
  • Build and optimize market-specific landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign assets to improve CPL, CAC, and ROI
  • Develop and optimize segmented campaigns tailored to event organizer verticals and market maturity, improving MQL to SQL conversion and overall funnel performance
  • Partner closely with B2B Marketing Lead and BD teams to track, optimize, and convert pipeline through to closed revenue
  • Produce and drive distribution of high-impact content including case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports to position Ticketmelon as a thought leader in event tech, cashless innovation, and data-driven event growth
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new market expansion, identifying growth opportunities and executing localized campaigns
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives and partnerships to expand reach and brand awareness across the region
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, email engagement, and channel effectiveness, continuously optimizing for growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 46+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, event & entertainment tech, marketplaces, or high-growth event-driven environments
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth across Southeast Asia or multi-market regions
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance marketing (paid media and acquisition)
  • Solid understanding of funnel optimization, attribution tracking, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong content marketing capabilities, from strategy and creation to distribution and performance optimization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and regional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Highly analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable managing multiple markets and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of events, entertainment, or experience-driven industries is a plus
  • Great relationship building skills with peers, partners and vendors to help drive marketing success.
  • Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing them come to life and learning from them.
  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of operating independently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously (strong project management skills) to meet tight deadlines.
  • Event goer, passion for events and entertainment is a plus.
