Position Title: Regional Business Analyst

Location: Bangkok (Onsite, Full-Time), with some travel to Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Description:

As a Regional Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing business performance across multiple functions, including commercial, operations, growth, category management, account management, and strategic projects. This full-time role covers both Thailand and Indonesia and is designed for highly independent, analytical, and self-driven professionals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive process improvements to enhance workflow and overall business operations.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead and support high-impact initiatives across various teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Category Management, Account Management, and Sales teams to support business growth and drive strategic priorities.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and enhance partner relationships.
  • Key Account & Partner Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners, ensuring long-term success on our platform.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics, analyze performance data, and generate actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates with excellent academic records, leadership experience, and prior internships are preferred.
  • Experienced Hires: 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, finance, or investment banking preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems, work with data, and extract meaningful insights.
  • High Agency & Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools are a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Thai and English.
