Analyze regional business conditions, macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, competitors, trade policies, and industry developments across assigned markets to identify business implications, risks, and growth opportunities.
Business Performance and Regional Planning
Analyze business and financial performance across regional operations and support Regional Managers and overseas offices in business planning, performance monitoring, and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
International Business Development
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, trade lanes, product expansion opportunities, market entry opportunities, and potential business partners using market intelligence and commercial insights, while considering international trade factors such as tariffs, Incoterms, import/export requirements, and cross-border supply chain implications.
Business Feasibility and Project Evaluation
Conduct commercial and financial feasibility studies for new business opportunities, including market attractiveness, revenue potential, cost structure, profitability, risks, and investment considerations. Monitor business initiatives and project performance to support business decision-making.
Regional Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Regional Managers, overseas offices, Sales, Sourcing, internal business units, customers, suppliers, and business partners to develop and execute regional business initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related fields. (Bachelor's GPAX > 2.70 / Master's GPAX > 3.30)
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, International Business, Commercial Planning, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Market Intelligence, Investment Analysis, or related fields.
Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing. (TOEIC score at least 550)
