Employment: 1 year contract (renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with external consultants/vendors to benchmark benefits, conduct gap analysis, and present recommendations in consultation with the Compensation & Benefits Leader (C&B), HRBPs, and relevant stakeholders.
- Calculate the cost of benefit enhancements and prepare proposals for approval.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Business teams) to gather inputs and build a strong case for benefit enhancements or policy changes.
- Insurance management: work with the sourcing team on hospitalization insurance renewals, enrollments, claims management, and employee communications.
- Support benefit harmonization, cost optimization, and enhancement initiatives across the region.
- Ensure benefits programs comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation&Benefits or related function.
- Experience in Employee Benefits administration across multiple APAC countries.
- Good knowledge of statutory benefits, insurance programs, and market practices in APAC.
- Strong analytical mindset with above-average Excel and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with limited information.
- Good communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Action-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused (go-getter mindset).
- Ability to draft policies and supporting documentation
- Flexible to open for contract employment
- Fluent in Thai and English
