Job Description

Type of Business: Phama & Medical Device

Employment: 1 year contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with external consultants/vendors to benchmark benefits, conduct gap analysis, and present recommendations in consultation with the Compensation & Benefits Leader (C&B), HRBPs, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Calculate the cost of benefit enhancements and prepare proposals for approval.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Business teams) to gather inputs and build a strong case for benefit enhancements or policy changes.
  • Insurance management: work with the sourcing team on hospitalization insurance renewals, enrollments, claims management, and employee communications.
  • Support benefit harmonization, cost optimization, and enhancement initiatives across the region.
  • Ensure benefits programs comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation&Benefits or related function.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits administration across multiple APAC countries.
  • Good knowledge of statutory benefits, insurance programs, and market practices in APAC.
  • Strong analytical mindset with above-average Excel and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with limited information.
  • Good communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Action-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused (go-getter mindset).
  • Ability to draft policies and supporting documentation
  • Flexible to open for contract employment
  • Fluent in Thai and English
