Regional Contract Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract manufacturing activities across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop manufacturing partners to support regional production and supply strategies.
• Drive initiatives related to production localization and support the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes across assigned markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable supply, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support sourcing initiatives and supplier management to optimize raw material costs and strengthen supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract manufacturing, supplier management, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environments within industries such as chemicals, coatings, consumer products, or related sectors would be an advantage.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers or external production partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple countries or regional markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
