Regional Corporate FP&A Director (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

A global life sciences and healthcare organisation is appointing a Regional Corporate FP&A Finance Director, APAC, to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Reporting to the APAC CFO, this is a senior corporate FP&A mandate covering regional planning, consolidation, performance reporting and executive decision support. The role partners country CFOs, regional business leaders and global finance, with regular exposure to senior executives across a highly matrixed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional forecasting, annual planning, quarterly reviews and consolidated performance reporting

• Translate financial results into clear risks, opportunities and recommendations for senior leadership

• Align country, regional and global stakeholders around performance priorities and changes in outlook

• Strengthen reporting, dashboards and automation across the regional finance organisation

• Lead and develop an established Corporate FP&A team in Singapore hub

Key Requirements

• Regional corporate FP&A or consolidation leadership within a complex, highly matrixed organisation

• Strong command of annual planning, forecasting, executive reviews and senior-management reporting

• Polished communication, executive presence and the confidence to influence or challenge senior and global stakeholders

• Fit to supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones, particularly during the intensive planning cycles
