Regional Customer Project Management

Job Description

We're looking for a young energic talent who is driven by customer centricity to join our team in the role of Regional Customer Project Management to deliver successful and yet flawless new project execution with our top automotive customers across Thailand and ASEAN.

Your Role:

• Prepare project update reports for Global Project Team - highlight issues and request support as needed.

• Align with global and plant Project Team with respect to overall timing and project status.

• Support project team alignment to ensure smooth launches and effective customer interactions.

• Ensure achievements of project objectives and targets

• Assist in managing sample parts delivery and coordinating engineering changes.

• Track and ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments including quality and sample MRD.

• Monitor project KPIs and progress against timelines.

• Support building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Understanding of customer commitments and deliverables.

• Experience in new model launches or project management within automotive parts manufacturing is a plus.

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work closely with both global teams and local customers.
