Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and adaptable professional to be based in our Chiang Mai operations, supporting cross-border collaboration between China / Hong Kong and Thailand production teams.
This role serves as a key on-site liaison to drive alignment, communication, and operational effectiveness across regions. While regional in scope, the position requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth execution on the ground.
Depending on the candidate's background and experience, the role may also expand to include technical, operational, or process improvement responsibilities within dental production.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site coordinator based in Chiang Mai, supporting communication and collaboration between China / Hong Kong and Thailand teams
- Drive cross-border alignment across production, operational, and technical functions
- Ensure effective implementation of processes, workflows, and SOPs across sites
- Support translation, communication, and localization of key documents, training materials, and internal communications (Chinese & Thai)
- Work closely with production teams to support daily operations and ensure smooth on-the-ground execution, including some local training support
- Participate in regional projects and ensure timely follow-up and practical implementation
- Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to management on operational progress, risks, and issues
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sites
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in dental technology or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the dental field
- Prior experience in manufacturing, operations, medical, or dental-related environments preferred
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai (spoken and written); Cantonese is an advantage
- Basic understanding of production workflows or technical operations is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cultures
- Ability to work independently in a cross-functional and cross-border environment
- Based in Chiang Mai, with close collaboration with regional teams
- Occasional travel to Bangkok and China as required
