Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and adaptable Dental Production Coordinator to be based in our Chiang Mai operations, supporting cross-border collaboration between China / Hong Kong and Thailand production teams.
This role will act as a key on-site coordination point to ensure smooth communication, workflow alignment, and operational follow-up across regions. The position requires a hands-on approach to support daily production activities, local implementation, and practical coordination with regional teams.
Depending on the candidate's background and experience, the role may also support technical coordination, operational improvement, training follow-up, or process enhancement within dental production.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site Dental Production Coordinator based in Chiang Mai, supporting communication and collaboration between China / Hong Kong and Thailand teams.
- Coordinate cross-border alignment across production, operational, and technical functions.
- Support the implementation of processes, workflows, and SOPs across sites.
- Assist with translation, communication, and localization of key documents, training materials, and internal communications in Chinese and Thai.
- Work closely with production teams to support daily operations and ensure smooth on-the-ground execution, including basic local training support when required.
- Follow up on regional production or operational projects and ensure timely implementation at local level.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to management on operational progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
- Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure production-related matters are communicated clearly and followed up effectively.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in dental technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the dental field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, operations, medical, or dental-related environments is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai, both spoken and written; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of production workflows or technical operations is a plus.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
- Able to work independently in a cross-functional and cross-border environment.
- Based in Chiang Mai, with close collaboration with regional teams.
- Occasional travel to Bangkok and China as required.
