We are currently seeking a talented individual to join as a Regional eCommerce Associate. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our online sales.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Operation:

  • Take ownership in driving optimum visibility on all ecommerce platforms through SKU listing, online campaign, flash sale activation and ensure all features on ecommerce are properly configured
  • Build and manage relationship with ecommerce account managers to increase our online presence
  • Monitor inventory levels of our online platforms together with fulfilment team to avoid stockouts and excess inventory

Performance Marketing:

  • Measure, plan & execute digital marketing activities such as on ecommerce ads, Facebook Ads, Google Search, Display, Video & other digital marketing platforms to drive traffic to ecommerce
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across all campaigns
  • Maintain budget & control performance of digital marketing activities including campaign performance, content performance, creative performance and video

Sales Growth Management:

  • Develop and execute effective pricing and promotion strategy (e.g. discounts, vouchers, bundling, and other relevant gimmicks) to drive online sales
  • Ensure brand and core products achieve consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance traffic acquisition and quality across customer funnel

Market Research & Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales-related data to optimize our ecommerce and ads performance & provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other objective initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats regarding brand positioning, promotion mechanics, and customer trends within the ecommerce landscape.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to remain relevant in changing market situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with < 2 years experience are welcome to apply. Bachelors degree with quantitative background e.g. engineering, maths, business is a preferred.
  • Attributes: Eager to learn with a can-do, positive attitude and self-starting mentality.
  • Skills & Competency: Strong analytical thinking, skilled in data-driven quantitative work, excellent ability to spot patterns and interpret data into actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language: Fluent in English verbal & written
  • Role will be based on TH office
