Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of regional HSE strategies, policies, and management systems aligned with global standards, the Safety First Framework, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Drive the implementation of safety initiatives and foster a proactive, safety-first culture through leadership, communication, and employee engagement across the region.
- stablish and oversee regional safety audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and performance measurement to strengthen operational safety and governance.
- Lead major incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and develop leading safety performance indicators to enhance risk prevention and operational excellence.
- Partner with Country Managers, Safety Representatives, customers, and global leadership teams to ensure consistent implementation of safety standards and share best practices across the region.
- Implement digital safety management platforms, standardise regional training programmes, and strengthen safety committee structures to improve organisational capability and compliance.
- Represent the APAC region on global safety committees while providing expert guidance, coaching, and technical support on safety management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in MNC
- Regional / Global experience
