The Role - Remote (You are based in Bangkok, report remotely to Singapore Agency)

Reporting to our Senior Account Director in Singapore, you will be the operational lead for high-stakes corporate events. This is a role for a disciplined left-brain analyst who can crunch budgets and timelines, and a creative right-brain strategist who can dazzle clients with ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conference & Corporate Management: End-to-end execution of large-scale business events, conferences, and regional summits.

• Client-Facing Excellence: Leading virtual and in-person client meetings, translating complex briefs into actionable project roadmaps.

• Timeline Mastery: Developing and enforcing rigorous project milestones to ensure every event is delivered with Singapore-standard precision.

• Financial Stewardship: Manage project budgets with surgical precision, ensuring profitability through smart negotiation and resource allocation.

• Regional Field Work: Travel across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia) to lead on-site execution and represent the agency.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Post-event, transform feedback and metrics into strategic insights for future client pitches.

• Logistics: Selecting and managing high-quality regional contractors, AV specialists, and fabrication partners.

Experience Required

• 5–8 Years in Corporate Events: Proven track record in B2B event management, specifically high-level conferences and business summits.

• Network: You come with a black book of reliable local vendors and a reputation for being a fair but firm partner, especially in your local market.

• Regional Road Warrior: Ready and willing to travel for events; you are comfortable working in different cities and navigating local logistics.

• Communication Pro: Native-level local language fluency combined with exceptional professional English (written and spoken).

• Software Proficiency: Expert in Google Workspace and Toggl Track. You live by your calendar and your project management sheets.
