Position: Regional Finance Manager (Southeast Asia)

Location: Thailand (or Regional Hub)

Reports To: Regional Finance Director / Head of Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Regional Finance Manager to oversee and drive our financial operations, tax planning, and statutory compliance across the Southeast Asia region, with a primary focus on Thailand operations.

Moving beyond day-to-day execution, the ideal candidate will lead financial strategy, optimize local and cross-border tax structures, manage critical stakeholder relationships (including regulatory bodies like the Thailand Revenue Department and BOI), and provide high-level advisory to corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Management & Regional Oversight

2. Advanced Tax Strategy & Compliance: Oversee high-level compliance for all regional tax structures, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), withholding taxes, and stamp duties.

3. Audit & Stakeholder Management

4. Team Collaboration & Cross-Border Synergy

Requirements & Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in finance management, corporate accounting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

Strong command over Thai tax laws, international financial compliance, and BOI regulations. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven capability to handle ambiguity, manage stakeholder anxieties, define operational boundaries, and lead with empathy and clarity.
