Responsible for the annual financial budgeting process for the assigned region.
Lead monthly regional financial analysis reports and support consolidated financial reporting.
Optimize cross-border cash management strategies and improve regional financial efficiency.
Establish and enhance regional tax compliance frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations and company requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA/ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of regional finance management experience in multinational companies, with strong understanding of regional financial operations and familiarity with IFRS standards.
Experience in managing cross-border finance operations, regional reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial planning is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different countries and cultures.
Fluent in English and Thai, with Mandarin proficiency preferred, to support effective communication with regional teams and China-based stakeholders.
