Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation, review, and reporting of APAC financial statements.
- Partner with regional and country teams to deliver insights, variance analysis, and performance recommendations.
- Ensure strong financial compliance and internal controls across all markets.
- Drive regional projects and process improvements.
- Act as the goto expert for key finance systems
- Support local finance teams across audits, statutory filings, and tax matters.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in financial reporting and internal controls
- Experience working in audit firm would be a plus
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset, handson working style, and ability to manage complex financial workflows.
- Thai speaker with strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Adaptable, proactive, and resultsdriven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
