The Junior Regional Finance Analyst supports the Regional Finance team in strengthening financial control, compliance, and data quality across the region, while assisting with reporting, process improvements, and key finance initiatives in a multi-country environment.
Key accountabilities:
Controllership Support
- Support balance sheet reviews and assist in ensuring data quality across regional entities
- Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for financial reviews
- Assist in the review of statutory financial statements and audit requests
- Follow up with local finance teams on open items and data clarifications
Compliance & Controls
- Support the implementation and documentation of key controls and procedures
- Assist in tracking compliance activities and follow-up actions
- Contribute to improving consistency and standardization across countries
Tax & Regulatory Support
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, CbCR)
- Support data collection and coordination with external advisors
- Help ensure timely and accurate submission of required information
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide support in financial reporting processes (e.g. reconciliations, variance support)
- Prepare basic analyses and data extracts to support decision-making
Projects & Process Improvement
- Support ongoing finance and treasury-related projects
- Assist in documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Take ownership of smaller tasks and project components
Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with Regional Finance and local finance teams
- Support coordination across multiple countries
Development Opportunity
- Opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility, including involvement in internal audit activities and broader finance topics
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in audit (Big 4 or similar) or entry-level finance role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Analytical mindset with structured approach to problem-solving
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good command of English language both spoken and written
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Solid Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana) is a plus
