About The Role (onsite At Yan Nawa Office)

As an HR Executive, you will support the full range of HR activities for Easmed's Thailand operations, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee support. You will work closely with the Thailand Country Director and Regional HR Team to ensure effective HR processes and a positive employee experience in a regulated medical device environment.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with the Thailand Country Director and Regional HR Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Thailand roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, reference checks, and recruitment documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local universities and institutes of higher learning to support internship hiring and campus outreach.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment documentation, HR processes, and onboarding arrangements are completed smoothly.
  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, HR documentation, leave, attendance, and other employee-related matters.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating relevant information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives to support a positive workplace environment.
  • Provide first-line support to employees on HR-related queries and escalate matters to the Regional HR Team where required.

HR Compliance & Administration

  • Support HR-related compliance requirements and ensure employee documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and processes in line with Thailand employment requirements and regional guidelines.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by the Thailand Country Director and Regional HR Team.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll, or related HR functions.
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Thailand employment practices and HR administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English for communication with the Regional HR Team.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on HR role within a growing business environment.
