We are hiring a Regional HR Manager to lead and build the entire HR function for our new operations in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This newly created role is based in Bangkok and is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on both strategic leadership and operational execution. You will play a foundational role in establishing HR systems, processes, and a strong people culture. The role requires a balance of regional HR expertise, hands-on implementation, and business partnership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations in three offices (Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia), including Talent Requisition, Payroll & Benefit Administration, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Engagement and Office Administration;
- Deliver data-driven insights through regional HR metrics and dashboards.
- Provide input into workforce planning, recruitment & retention strategies, and cost optimization aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to each country, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and alignment with global HR standards.
- Prepare employment contract, review local benefits and administer monthly payroll;
- Launch performance management processes according to Group guidelines;
- Support leadership in building strong, motivated teams through coaching, development planning, and succession readiness through talent review.
- Manage annual compensation review, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing HR budget & forecast, making recommendations based on market benchmark and implementing pay & benefit structure revision.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, advising on local practices, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and staff activities to create a coherent team culture.
- Supervise the Office Administration Team in daily operations and handle office renovation or administration related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including regional exposure to Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour law; familiar with Vietnam and Indonesia employment practices preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Thai language preferred.
- Good leadership and people skills;
- Agile, hands-on, and solution-oriented; can adapt to a start-up work environment.
- Work Location: Bangkok; occasional travel to Vietnam and Indonesia is required.
